Linear Recruitment Ltd in Newcastle Upon Tyne is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Construction and Property Division. You will build great client relationships, manage your own candidate databases, and fill vacancies to meet client timelines.

You will grow the desk through business development, deliver a high‑quality consultative service, and strive to achieve personal targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment sales or B2B sales.
Broad knowledge of legislation and regulations within the recruitment sector.
Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

Develop prosperous business relationships with new and existing clients to gain additional business and develop a profitable desk.
Manage your own client and candidate databases and deliver excellent, proactive customer service, ensuring requirements are consistently met.
Fill vacancies to varying lead times as requested by the client, sourcing ideal candidates to place in client vacancies.
Grow your client and candidate base through telephone and face‑to‑face business development activity and advertising.
Maintain our outstanding business reputation in all communications, through the delivery of a quality consultative service.
Achieve agreed individual targets and KPIs and report on these to management through weekly meetings and various one‑to‑ones.
