Job summary

Dalkia UK is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to drive quality assurance and governance across multiple projects in the UK. You will embed the Quality Management System from bid through construction, handover and aftercare, ensuring safe, compliant and exceptional outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Management within construction, engineering or E&I sectors.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and its practical application on projects.
• Experience carrying out site inspections, audits and QA reviews.

Responsibilities

• Support live projects to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and governance requirements.
• Work with Project Leaders to develop and implement effective quality controls.
• Maintain and develop QA documentation including ITPs, ITFs, QSOs and QHPs.
• Support creation, implementation and management of quality documentation across project delivery.
• Assist with supply chain onboarding to meet quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and QA reviews to verify workmanship.
• Manage customer complaints and drive effective resolution to maintain satisfaction.
• Lead non-conformance management, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
