Civic Recruitment Limited has been retained to source a skilled project and contract manager for a 6-month assignment with a Local Authority in London. The role focuses on delivering planned capital investment and major works within residential portfolios, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, cost control and quality compliance.

You will manage contractors, lead meetings, monitor KPIs and ensure value for money while coordinating with residents and stakeholders.

Formación

• Significant experience managing capital investment, planned maintenance or cyclical works programmes.
• Experience delivering works within occupied residential properties.
• Experience within social housing, local authority housing or residential asset management environments.
• Strong financial and budget management experience.
• Experience managing resident communications and complaints.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using Orchard, CRM or housing asset management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage planned capital investment projects from inception through to completion, handover and final account.
• Act as the lead officer for allocated capital works contracts and projects.
• Deliver multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing priorities.
• Monitor project progress, milestones and programme performance.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and delays.
• Organise, chair and record project meetings and ensure actions are completed.
