Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to deliver and coordinate small works and project activities for a facilities management client. Based in the UK, with travel across the UK, you'll manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, compliance, on-time delivery and budget control.

You'll coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, conduct site surveys, prepare plans and manage costs, programmes and variations, while maintaining strong client and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Project Manager role.
• Experience managing contractors and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction and health & safety legislation.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Commercially aware with experience managing project costs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar planning software."
• Willingness to travel across the UK as required.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver and coordinate a range of small works and project activities for our facilities management client in Birmingham. You'll be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors and onsite activities.
• Conduct site surveys and develop project plans.
• Manage project costs, programmes and variations.
