Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from design handover to completion based in Coventry with regular site visits. You will oversee programme management, compliance, quality, health and safety, stakeholder engagement and operational delivery to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

You will manage full lifecycle, develop programmes and KPIs, coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, produce reports, and drive continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Three years' experience managing construction projects.
• Experience in programme management, control of budgets and timelines.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations, health and safety and quality processes.
• Ability to read architectural/technical drawings.
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from design handover to completion.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, milestones and KPIs.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery, within budget and quality standards.
• Chair meetings, record actions and monitor progress.
• Produce regular reports on programme, cost and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement across projects and operations.
