Job summary

Bimplus is recruiting an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our Manchester team. You will deliver a diverse portfolio across retail, commercial, residential and leisure sectors, working with a Project Director and expanding PM team.

You will manage planning, procurement, design coordination and contract administration, ensuring projects meet quality, programme and client expectations. Excellent development and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a construction project manager is required.
• Experience in construction consultancy or client-side environments.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle and procurement.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contracts.
• Degree in Construction Management is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of construction projects for clients.
• Plan, procure and coordinate across design teams.
• Administer contracts and maintain project documents.
• Coordinate meetings, monitor progress, and report on performance.
• Manage risks, costs and vendor relations.
