Job summary

Falcon Green in London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead RC Frame schemes from inception through to handover. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants on projects valued around £40 million, ensuring timely delivery and on-budget performance.

This is a long-term role with genuine progression, offering exposure to senior leadership and cradle-to-grave accountability across all delivery phases, with a focus on quality, safety and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor.
• Engineering background advantageous.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Commercially aware with strong operational management ability.

Responsibilities

• Managing the project from inception through to completion.

• Driving programme, quality, health & safety, and client relationships.
