Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Project Manager for commercial fit-out projects in London. You will take full ownership of projects, manage on-site delivery, and drive client relationships while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

You will lead a team across multiple high-end schemes, attend client meetings, and report progress to senior management as the business expands its London division.

Qualifications

• PM with fit-out contractor experience.
• Experience leading RAMS and CPP on site.
• Strong ability to run weekly client meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Full UK driving licence.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established yet growing main contractor where you'll be given real autonomy, backed by structured support and development, with clear progression to Regional Director as they continue to expand the London division.

Within the role, you'll lead the delivery team on site and take full responsibility for programme, safety, quality and client relationships. Where you will work on multiple projects within a supportive environment whilst benefiting from clear progression as they continue to expand.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering Fit Out projects and is comfortable leading client meetings, leading teams and maintaining high standards of HSEQ and compliance.

The Role:

• Lead delivery of high-end fit out projects
• Responsible for HSEQ and compliance on site
• Ensure Correct resources are in place and drive subcontractor performance
• Prepare and manage RAMS; interpret and work to Construction Phase Plans (CPP)

The Person:

• Project Manager with experience within a fit out contractor
• Confident managing RAMS, programmes and technical construction documents
• Comfortable running weekly client meetings and communication with stakeholders
• Full UK drivers license
