Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, excellent time management, and a solid understanding of construction processes to ensure work is completed on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards. You will lead all elements of the project, coordinate with architects, engineers and subcontractors, monitor progress, and conduct regular site

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing a wide scope of construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of CDM and best practices.
• Proficiency in using recognised project management software.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are preferred but not mandatory.
