Job summary

You will oversee delivery across multiple projects, mentor a small team, and act as the liaison for key client relationships, driving profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, timelines, and quality, developing strategic commercial performance plans, and conducting site visits in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring projects are delivered within budgets, timeline and quality objectives
• Directly managing 5–10 significant and complex project
• Assisting to develop and roll out strategies for commercial performance including profitability, growth and efficiency opportunity
• Recruiting, leading, mentoring and developing a small team
• Overseeing project pipeline across all stages, providing guidance and an escalation point internally and externally
• Implementing and improving systems for project management
• Key customer management - assisting Sales team as a liaison point for key client relationships
• Reporting to and working with the Senior Leadership on business improvement projects
• Site visits - UK based, occasional overnight stays.
