Job summary

Recruit Build Ltd in Yorkshire is seeking a motivated Construction Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager to join the team and work directly with the Project Director on a varied portfolio. The role is hands-on from day one with real responsibility and a clear route into Project Management, covering industrial, residential and hospitality schemes up to £10 million.

Qualifications

• A degree or higher-level BTEC in a construction-related discipline.
• At least four years' practical experience in construction.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage several priorities at once.
• Proactive, hands-on approach.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate live construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Manage project documentation, programmes and information flow.
• Liaise with Site Managers, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor procurement schedules and material deliveries.
• Coordinate health and safety documentation, RAMS and quality records.
• Support the Project Director across multiple live projects.
• Keep projects organised, on programme and delivered to a high standard.
