Hilti Great Britain is seeking a Sales Project Account Manager to drive customer satisfaction on major construction projects in the North East and Scotland. You will build relationships with Architects, Engineers and project teams, delivering practical Hilti solutions and value-driven support.

In this field role you’ll secure specifications, gain approvals, and negotiate terms to foster long-term partnerships while supporting growth across the region. A driving licence is required for travel.

Qualifications

• Proven technical sales experience in construction or similar sectors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points).
• Strong problem-solving and value-led selling mindset.
