Job summary

Hilti Great Britain is seeking a Construction Project Manager to apply engineering expertise across MEP, BIM, design coordination and project delivery on HPC, taking ownership and influencing technical decisions.

You’ll engage with stakeholders, manage a disciplined Salesforce pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to drive speed and quality across a major infrastructure programme in Northern Europe.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience in construction or design — from Tier 1 contractor, subcontractor, MEP firm, BIM/digital engineering team or consultancy.
• Resilient and persistent when navigating complex stakeholders and maintaining momentum.

Responsibilities

• Engage closely with MEP leads, BIM teams, designers and Tier 1 delivery partners.
• Represent Hilti’s digital engineering ecosystem aligned with delivery needs.
• Identify early stage opportunities and position Hilti’s engineered solutions to address challenges.
• Bring engineering credibility into design discussions, on-site demonstrations and technical advice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support and foster a unified, high-impact approach.
• Maintain a clear pipeline using Salesforce with strong organisation and visibility across projects.
