Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the National Air Traffic Services (NATS) account, delivering a diverse portfolio of construction, building fabric, mechanical and electrical projects across operational environments.

You will manage projects end-to-end, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, procurement, commissioning and handover while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and value for money.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering construction, building fabric, refurbishment and M&E projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting and building services.
• Experience in live/operational environments coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• CDM Regulations 2015 and RAMS compliance knowledge; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction, engineering and estate improvement projects from inception to completion, managing scope, programme, budget, resources, risk and quality.
• Develop project scopes and specifications; review designs and technical proposals and oversee works.
• Procure and manage contractors, consultants and suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, expenditure, procurement, change control and final accounts.
• Coordinate stakeholders and operational teams; oversee testing, commissioning and handover with O&M manuals and documentation.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in live environments; drive best practices across projects.
