Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of construction, building fabric, mechanical and electrical projects for the NATS account from concept to handover. The role covers live environments, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring safe, compliant delivery across scope such as refurbishments, building fabric repairs and M&E installations.

The successful candidate will manage projects through all lifecycle stages, maintain budgets

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience delivering construction, building fabric, refurbishment and M&E projects.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and contractor compliance.
• Degree/HNC/HND or equivalent with relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction, engineering and estate improvement projects from inception to completion, managing scope, programme, budget, resources, risk and quality.
• Develop project scopes and specifications, review designs and oversee building fabric, refurbishment, HVAC, lighting and electrical works.
• Procure and manage contractors, consultants and suppliers with focus on safety, quality and compliance.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, expenditure, procurement, valuations and change control.
• Coordinate stakeholders and operational teams; ensure testing, commissioning and smooth handover with O&M documentation.
