Job summary

Mitie Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to support the National Air Traffic Services (NATS) account, delivering a diverse portfolio of construction, building fabric, mechanical and electrical projects across operationally critical environments.

You will manage projects through full lifecycle, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure safety, compliance, and value across live environments. A degree/HNC/HND and CDM RAMS knowledge are required, with PRINCE2/APM/PMP advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering construction and M&E projects in live environments.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, programmes and multiple projects.
• Degree/HNC/HND preferred; PRINCE2/APM/PMP certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction, engineering and estate improvement projects from inception to completion, managing scope, programme, and quality.
• Develop project scopes and specifications; review designs and proposals; oversee building fabric, refurbishment, HVAC, electricals and controls.
• Procure and manage contractors and suppliers; ensure compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and RAMS.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, expenditure, change control and final accounts.
• Coordinate stakeholders and operational teams; provide progress reporting and ensure safe handover with O&M manuals.
