Job summary

Mitie is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the NATS account, delivering a diverse portfolio of construction, building fabric, mechanical and electrical projects across operationally critical environments.

You will manage projects through the full lifecycle from concept through to handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors and stakeholders to achieve safe, compliant delivery. Strong PM, budgeting and safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering construction, building fabric, refurbishment and M&E projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting and controls in live environments.
• Experience managing budgets, programmes, risks and multiple projects.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and contractor compliance; NEBOSH/IOSH/SMSTS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction, engineering and estate improvement projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project scopes and specifications; oversee building fabric, refurbishment, HVAC, electrical systems.
• Procure and manage contractors, consultants and suppliers; ensure safety and quality.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, change control and final accounts; ensure value for money.
• Coordinate stakeholders and handover, including manuals and documentation.
