Job summary

Northern Ireland Housing Executive is looking for a Project Manager (Construction Procurement) in Belfast to support the Asset Management Division. You will lead procurement for construction and professional services, ensuring value for money and compliance with public sector standards.

Key responsibilities include drafting contracts, managing procurement programmes, and liaising with the Corporate Procurement Unit, with a focus on NEC2/3/4 frameworks and robust governance throughout the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or construction discipline.
• BTEC/HNC with relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement of construction works, building services and professional contracts.
• Manage procurement from initiation to contract award and ensure on-time delivery.
