Job summary

Northern Ireland Housing Executive is seeking a permanent Facilities Contracts Lead to manage and govern facilities and accommodation contracts and supplier relationships across the organisation. The post holder will ensure value for money and compliance with governance standards, supporting NIHE's modern, professional facilities service.

The role requires either a Level 6 qualification with 2 years’ experience in procurement/contracts or 5 years’ relevant experience with CPD.

Qualifications

• Level 6 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline and ≥2 years’ experience in contracts/supplier management or procurement.
• Alternatively, 5 years’ relevant experience with ongoing professional development including qualifications.
• Experience in ensuring value for money in contract management.
• Current driving licence or access to transport.
• Desirable: experience in facilities and accommodation/ commercial property management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support governance and continuous improvement of Facilities and Accommodation contracts and supplier relationships across the organisation.
• Contribute to delivering a modern, professional and responsive Facilities and Accommodation service to support NIHE delivery.
• Comply with governance and regulatory standards and ensure value for money.
