Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a 12 month contract based in Belfast. You will take ownership of end-to-end delivery on major infrastructure projects, with NEC contracts experience and a focus on budget, schedule, and quality.

Ideal candidates will hold a relevant engineering/construction qualification, have managed large capital projects, and possess strong leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Third-level credential in engineering, design, or construction project management.
• Experience managing large infrastructure/capital construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and project management.
• Experience mobilising supply chain and design services.
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification.
• Membership in professional bodies (e.g. RICS/APM/IMechE/IET).

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery.
• Deliver capital projects on budget, schedule, and quality in line with business needs.
• Manage budgets, control expenditure, and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Drive design development across the lifecycle to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet timescales and governance requirements.
• Provide leadership to multi-functional project teams across internal and external partners.
