Laminar Projects is a high-end project management consultancy and tech developer focused on transforming construction delivery. You will enhance complex project delivery through planning, reporting, and scalable practices.

The role blends hands-on project work with strategic improvement across globally delivered projects. You will work with our Project Planning Team to drive precision, data-driven decisions, and continuous development for the team and our clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience on construction projects with planning responsibilities.
• Strong Excel skills and data interest.
• Proficient written and spoken English with ability to influence teams.
• Leadership and proactive self-management.
• Track record of applying scalable, repeatable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan for one or more projects and ensure it is followed.
• Help project teams understand priorities and mitigations.
• Provide actionable reports to stakeholders for better delivery.
• Develop scalable best practices and tools with the team.
• Develop team members and educate clients to improve outcomes.
