Job summary

Laminar Projects is seeking a seasoned construction planner to elevate project planning with a hands-on, flexible approach. You will lead planning for complex projects, connecting schedules to day-to-day delivery while promoting a culture of learning and improvement.

You will join a team that values transparency, practical tech, and people development, with opportunities to work from home part of the time and travel for site work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the plan: manage the project plan for one or more projects and ensure the project works to it effectively; mitigate delays commercially.
• Own the outcome: strive for best effort to ensure understanding and focus on the plan despite pushback.
• Report and inform: provide simple actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels.
• Make scalable solutions: develop scalable, repeatable practices and tools with the team for long‑term impact.
• Develop everyone: maximise development of the team and educate clients to improve as well.
