Qualifications

• Experience as Planner or Site Manager/Engineer with exposure to Scheduling and Programming.
• Experience on construction projects (Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, MOJ, Residential or Leisure) is essential.
• Previous main contractor employment.
• Expertise in planning software, ideally Asta PowerProject and MS packages.
• Tender planning experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Confident and well organized.
• High level of communication and client facing skills.
• Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC).

Responsibilities

• Mix of office and site visits, working at preconstruction stage and live works on construction projects.
• Software in use is Asta PowerProject.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to maintain schedules.
• Monitor progress and update plans as projects evolve.
