Qualifications

• Strong planning experience gained in a live construction site environment.
• Proficient in Asta Powerproject.
• A solid technical knowledge of building/construction.
• Good knowledge of UK construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Update and monitor fully integrated project programmes.
• Undertake in-depth programme analysis, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Develop optimum working programmes for construction.
• Chair and minute programme, logistics and delivery workshops.
• Capture as-built progress data and report on project status.
• Work collaboratively with project teams and supply chain specialists.
• Communicate programme requirements clearly to all stakeholders.
