Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Planner in London to support the Real Estate Division with pre-construction planning and programming for projects across Residential, Commercial, Education, and more. The role involves developing integrated programmes, advising on schedule risk, and coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors from early stages.

You will produce build strategies, apply critical path analysis, and deliver periodic updates, while working

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Planner/Project Planner with a UK main contractor or PM consultancy.
• Experience on Residential, Commercial, Education, Leisure, Industrial, Health & Retail projects.
• Proficient with Asta Powerproject; Primavera and MS Project are a plus.
• Experience providing planning or project controls advice to clients in pre-construction stages is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Produce logic-linked, integrated programmes (design, procurement, construction) with build strategy and phasing plans.
• Provide pre-construction planning and programming advice to clients.
• Support project team planning functions and highlight issues in the programme.
• Deliver progress reports and period programme updates.
• Coordinate between Clients and partners’ programmes, ensuring non-compliance is resolved.
• Collaborate with bidding teams to prepare bidding documents on time.
