Job summary

Kier in London is seeking a Planner to join the Build Team. The role focuses on creating and maintaining detailed construction programmes, conducting site visits, and ensuring plans align with project requirements.

You will collaborate with Construction Delivery and Pre-Construction teams, handle multiple projects, and develop your career within a Tier 1 contractor environment. Some flexibility on hours is available.

• Construction planning experience within a contractor environment.
• Proficient in Asta Power Project.
• Ability to foster collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed construction programmes using specialist software.
• Conduct regular site visits to provide planning support.
• Gather and analyse progress information to identify potential concerns.
• Offer expert planning advice across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with Construction Delivery and Pre-Construction teams to ensure alignment with requirements.
