Job summary

The Construction Planner role is based in Central London with a leading Project Management consultancy. You will develop master programmes, manage dependencies, monitor progress and report on critical paths across sectors; ASTA Powerproject expertise required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in developing integrated master programmes for large developments (£50m+).
• Ability to create linked bar charts, manage dependencies, float, and identify critical paths.
• Experience updating programmes with progress and conducting progress audits.
• Ability to assess programmes for critical activities, risks and opportunities.
• Strong understanding of critical path analysis concepts.
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, site logistics, and phasing.
• Experience designing programmes with strong commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert planning and programming services through design, pre-construction, construction and project completion.
• Support project managers and clients with progress monitoring and reporting.
• Assist across sectors including mixed use, commercial offices, hotels, life sciences and education.
• Work as part of an established international business on high-profile London projects.
