Construction Planner - We are seeking an experienced Construction Planner to work with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary building contractor. Originally focused on electrical services, they have since expanded to include refurbishments, extensions, fit-outs, and new-build schemes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating programmes within the bid team for various projects. You will play a key role in developing tender construction programmes to support our bidding process.
Your Role:
·Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and timelines.
·Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.
·Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
·Analyse project data and generate reports to support decision-making.
·Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
·Proven experience as a planner in the construction industry.
·Proficiency in scheduling software such a Primavera P6, MS Project or Equivalent.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
