Gowling WLG is seeking a Paralegal to join the Non-Contentious Construction team in Birmingham, UK. You will support fee earners, clients and Partners, helping manage administrative aspects of transactions and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Paralegal experience with desirable exposure to non-contentious construction work.
• Comfortable reviewing construction documentation and contracts.
• Ability to identify risks and escalate issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support fee earners, clients and Partners in a fixed-fee practice.
• Assist with administrative aspects of transactions to keep matters running smoothly.
• Review construction documentation including JCT contracts and related agreements.
