We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Non-Contentious Construction team in either our Birmingham or London office.
We are seeking a Paralegal who enjoys detail, structure, and working collaboratively with fee earners, clients, and Partners to keep transactions running efficiently and will focus onthe administrative side of our non-contentious fixed fee practice.
About you:
We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in non ‑ contentious construction work and a confident, detail ‑ driven approach to supporting fee earners. You will be comfortable taking the lead on the first review of construction documents — including JCT contracts and wider building agreements — and can identify issues, inconsistencies, and points requiring escalation with clarity and accuracy.
