Concept Projects Group is seeking a proactive construction multi-trade operative to support projects across several industrial sites in the North West, primarily in the Wirral area. You will work with project managers and site supervisors to maintain high service and safety standards, and you will communicate daily with clients.

Role involves civils work, fit-outs, or engineering projects with travel within the North West.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in similar role.
• Ability to use initiative to achieve pro-active site construction/maintenance.
• General maintenance skills – painting, decorating, joinery and basic plumbing/electrical
• Good communication skills as this will be a client facing role.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Good organisational skills.
• Work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and complete all day-to-day construction requirements to support a project on industrial sites
• Provide support to project team
• DIY & general building maintenance for example, tiling, basic plumbing, joinery, painting and decorating, basic electricalworks.
• Carry out construction tasks in an efficient and safe manner.
• Comply with safe working practices & report faulty equipment and potential hazards.
• Provide thorough daily updates regarding progression of construction tasks

Concept Projects Group is currently seeking a proactive and motivated construction multi-trade operative to join our dynamic construction project team.

As a construction multi-trade operative, you will be responsible for supporting with projects across several industrial sites in the North West (primarily in the Wirral Area, but not exclusively). This role involves general building maintenance duties working alongside project managers and site supervisors ensuring our high standard of service and health and safety are maintained as well as leading communications into our clients on a daily basis. Projects may include civils work, fit-out projects, or engineering projects.

Success in this role requires an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, flexibility for travel within the North West, excellent communication skills and a professional and positive work attitude. We are looking for individuals with personal pride, motivation, and a strong desire to deliver work to the highest standards.
