Recruitment Helpline Ltd is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join their established maintenance and construction team in the North East of England. You will carry out general property maintenance and repair works across residential and commercial sites, applying skills in joinery, plumbing, plastering, painting, tiling and more.

Job Type:

Full-Time, Permanent.

Salary:

£17.00 per hour (equivalent to £35,360 per annum based on a 40-hour working week)

Location:

North East England (covering Berwick to North Yorkshire)

Key Duties:

• Carrying out general property maintenance and repair works
• Undertaking a range of trade tasks including joinery, plumbing, plastering, painting and decorating, tiling, and general building work
• Completing both reactive maintenance works and planned project work to a high standard across a variety of sites
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and professionally
• Maintaining excellent customer service when working in occupied properties

Candidate Requirement:

• Proven experience as a multi-skilled operative or in a similar role
