Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Construction Manager with Temporary Works experience to oversee site operations across the UK, from pre-construction through to project completion. You will coordinate installation teams, subcontractors and clients to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

You will manage temporary works, ensuring designs and procedures comply with statutory and company requirements, while liaising with Temporary Works Designers, Coordinators and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Construction Manager or similar in construction.
• Experience managing Temporary Works on live projects.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and BS standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple installation and construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Coordinate site operations, subcontractors and clients to meet schedule and budget.
• Manage Temporary Works requirements, permits and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, designers and project stakeholders.
