Job summary
We are seeking a Home Office Construction Manager to be based in our Milton Keynes or London office to perform Home Office Construction activities on one or more projects during proposal, design, and execution phases.
Job Purpose
Ensuring all deliverables needed for Home Office Construction activity in each project are prepared for the assigned scope, providing necessary support to other departments. He/she also ensures that Technip Energies’ subcontractors adhere to specifications and drawings in subcontract documents concerning HSE, quality, and planning. Will also support the growth of the UKOC construction department.
Reporting lines and interactions
Hierarchically reports to : UKOC Construction Manager Lead
Directlysupervises : Construction Engineers
Key Interactions (internally, externally): Construction departments UK and internationally, multi-discipline project teams, subcontracts department, Commissioning, QHSE, procurement, engineering, scheduling, estimation, proposals team, project controls, project managers. Clients, Subcontractors, Vendors.
Job scope (budget, Mnhrs, management, specific criteria):
This will be a staff position reporting to Brian Lynskey. Will be working on all construction department duties across proposals, PRE-FEEDs, FEEDs, and potentially EPC phases, such as NZT. Will have responsibilities to manage others, such as, graduates construction engineers and construction engineers. To support the growth of the department as well.
