Careys is seeking a Construction Manager to lead site delivery on a major UK infrastructure programme in West Cumbria. You will oversee mobilisation to handover, lead daily briefings, manage resources, and ensure safe, high‑quality execution across the project.

You will coordinate with commercial teams and stakeholders, driving cost control, production rates, and performance forecasting while mentoring teams and promoting best practice on safety and quality management.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering civil engineering projects with leadership responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day site delivery from mobilisation through to handover.
• Lead teams through daily briefings, toolbox talks, and inspections.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials, logistics, and subcontractors.
• Support temporary works, QA processes, and design reviews.
• Work closely with commercial teams on costs, production rates, and forecasting.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and teams.
