Job summary

Balfour Beatty Kilpatrick is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee large-scale engineering projects across the UK, including power generation, water treatment, energy infrastructure, and nuclear decommissioning.

You will lead and motivate project construction teams, ensure safety and CDM compliance, and contribute to planning and daily execution of construction work in designated areas.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification or equivalent training and suitable experience.
• Relevant professional accreditation (PM / Construction / Engineering).
• Strong team leadership, pro-active and able to perform under pressure.
• IOSH Managing Safely.
• BPSS (or higher) security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide and demonstrate positive HSE leadership throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Ensure all site activities are undertaken safely and in line with CDM Regulations.
• Lead, manage and motivate project construction teams with best-practice.
• Support daily planning and execution of construction in a defined area.
