Job summary

OnSite is a leading UK contractor delivering drainage, sewer rehabilitation, pipelines and rail projects. The Construction Manager will oversee Heathrow-based works, lead delivery across lining and rehabilitation, and ensure safety, quality and client satisfaction across multiple schemes.

With strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen, you’ll manage budgets, timelines and resources, acting as the main client contact and driving continuous improvement in project performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering UV lining, rehabilitation, repair, and installation works in live, high-risk environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from scoping and pricing through delivery, commissioning and handover.
• Develop methodologies, delivery strategies, resource plans and programmes for efficient delivery.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing models ensuring profitability and client alignment.
• Oversee performance against programme, budget, quality, safety, and contractual targets.
• Act as primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and providing technical support.
• Represent the business professionally in high-profile environments and support partnerships.
• Produce and implement RAMS ensuring regulatory and company compliance.
• Promote HSEQ culture and safe project execution.
• Manage UV lining assets, maintenance, PMI inspections and corrective actions.
• Coordinate repairs and operations to minimise disruption and maintain continuity.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to engineers and operatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and strategic input for growth.
