Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Construction & Installations Manager for Heathrow Airport. The role leads day-to-day delivery of conveyor installation projects, owning site delivery and coordinating multiple trades to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong stakeholder management, and compliance with airport governance, RAMS and permit-to-work systems. Excellent personal benefits accompany a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead construction/installation teams on large projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors on live sites.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle from pre-construction through handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate construction and installation activities across multiple airport projects.
• Manage operational resource deployment and workforce utilisation.
• Lead construction reviews covering design, permits, materials, logistics, labour and stakeholder approvals.
• Support mobilisation, execution, commissioning and handover activities.
• Chair weekly construction coordination meetings and escalation forums.
• Support monthly programme reviews, project boards and KPI reporting.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance and drive corrective actions.
• Lead operational readiness reviews before major construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with Heathrow and airport governance requirements.
