Job description

Role: Construction & Installations Manager
Location: Heathrow Airport
Salary: upto £85,000 plus car allowance and excellent personal benefits!

We are looking for anexperienced Construction Manager with a strong background in conveyor installation projects, to lead the delivery of construction and industrial/material-handling installations.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can take ownership of site delivery, have stakeholder responsibility, coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completedsafely and within budget.

The Role:
The Construction Leader will be accountable for the day-to-day construction delivery and operational performance of projects across the clients portfolio, acting as the Principal Contractor's operational representative
on assigned sites. You will ensure full compliance with Construction Plans, RAMS, Permit-to Work systems and airport operational requirements.

• Strong understanding of project lifecycle from pre-construction through handover.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations and Principal Contractor obligations.
