OnSite is seeking a Construction Manager to lead UV lining and drainage projects from Heathrow, overseeing delivery across lining, rehabilitation and associated works. You will combine technical expertise with strong commercial awareness, safety leadership and client-facing capability to ensure successful multi-scheme outcomes.

You will manage RAMS, risk controls, and asset maintenance while mentoring engineers and operatives, driving continuous improvement and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience delivering UV lining, rehabilitation, repair and installation works in live/high-risk environments.
• Proven project management across scoping, planning, pricing and delivery of multiple schemes.
• Strong commercial awareness balancing delivery, client needs and profitability.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with focus on safety, quality and performance.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management to guide engineers and operatives.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects from scoping and pricing through delivery, commissioning, completion and handover.
• Develop delivery strategies, resource plans and programmes for efficient execution.
• Prepare cost estimates and pricing models aligned with client expectations.
• Monitor performance against programme, budget, quality and safety targets.
• Act as primary client contact, maintaining relationships through project lifecycles.
