Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects in St Albans. You will take accountability for day-to-day delivery, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive the programme from pre-construction through to practical completion.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong CAT A/B experience, the ability to manage multiple subcontractors, and a solid understanding of programme, quality, and health & safety.

Qualifications

I’m currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join a Tier 1 Fit Out Contractor delivering commercial projects in St Albans.

The role will involve leading the delivery of CAT A and CAT B commercial fit‑out projects, working closely with the wider project team through to completion.

The Role:

• Taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of CAT A & CAT B fit‑out projects.
• Managing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Driving the construction programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Managing quality, health & safety and overall site performance.
• Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team.
• Coordinating works from pre-construction through to practical completion.
• Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and in line with programme requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:
