Job summary

Cavendish Professionals is seeking a confident Project Manager to lead CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects in Fawley. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects meet timeline, budget, and quality targets.

The role requires strong construction knowledge, leadership, and excellent communication skills, with experience in regulated environments and a proactive approach to safety and programme management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and building regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects concurrently.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of fit-out projects from pre-construction to completion.
