Job summary

Solution Search Limited - Construction is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the final stages of a £1m Cat B fit-out project in Manchester. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely and on programme.

You will produce site reports, manage quality inspections and snagging, and support project close-out with a visiting Project Manager providing weekly oversight.

Qualifications

• Cat A/B fit-out experience required.
• Experience with D&B fit-out contractor desirable.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and deliver to schedule.
• Strong communication with client and team.

Contractor: Design & Build Fit-Out Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the final stages of a £1m Cat B fit-out project in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of site operations
• Coordination and management of subcontractors
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard
• Managing quality inspections, snagging and project close-out
• Liaising with the client, design team and stakeholders
• Producing site reports and maintaining project records

Support Structure

• A visiting Project Manager will attend site approximately once per week to provide additional support and oversight.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience delivering Cat A/Cat B commercial fit-out projects
• Experience working for a D&B fit-out contractor
• Ability to manage project completion and handover phases
• Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills
