Job summary

KONE Warrington is seeking a Construction Manager to lead lift installation projects, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery on site. You will plan, coordinate resources and oversee teams to meet scope, schedule and budget.

You will develop installation teams, drive site safety audits, maintain progress, and build strong relationships with customers and subcontractors while upholding KONE's standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience.
• Strong relationship management with customers and subcontractors.
• Solid commercial awareness and budgeting experience.
• Excellent health and safety knowledge and practices.
• Valid UK driving licence required.
• Experience in lift industry is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate schedules for material deliveries, installation activities and project handovers.
• Plan and coordinate installation resources, logistics and workforce to optimise efficiency.
• Lead, coach and develop installation teams, setting clear expectations and monitoring progress.
