KONE, a global leader in the lift and escalator industry, is seeking a Construction Manager to join our Lift Installation team covering the North East. You will lead installation projects, drive site safety and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Plan and coordinate installation resources, logistics and workforce requirements to optimise efficiency and deliver projects in line with customer commitments. Provide clear direction to installation teams, setting expectations, monitoring progress and maintaining regular communication to achieve agreed objectives. Lead, coach and develop team members by identifying training needs, recognising good performance and driving continuous improvement. Conduct regular site visits, safety audits and handovers, while effectively managing installation costs and supporting project profitability. Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and the delivery of safe, high-quality installations that meet scope, schedule and budget requirements.
