Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 10,000 sq ft CAT A/B office fit out in Guildford. The role is for an immediate start on a fast-paced commercial project with a 10-week programme.

You will be responsible for site safety, coordinating the build, and delivering to programme milestones for a reputable Design & Build contractor.

Qualifications

• Proven CAT A / CAT B office fit out experience
• SMSTS certification required
• CSCS Card required
• First Aid certification preferred or on-site trained

Responsibilities

• Oversee a 10,000 sq ft CAT A/B office fit out project in Guildford and ensure build quality and programme adherence.
• Manage the project schedule, site safety, and coordination with design and build teams.
