About The Project

Backed by EDF and the UK Government, Sizewell C is a once-in-a-generation project with significant opportunities to innovate, grow, and deliver excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Construction Manager, you’ll oversee the reconstruction of a key section of the SZC works. You’ll lead in ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Team Leadership: Developing and implementing detailed construction strategies and plans.
• Project Oversight: Delivering new projects into the Sizewell C project with safety and quality at the forefront.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with contractors, regulators, and government bodies.
• Continuous Improvement: Driving innovation and embedding lessons learned.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations and proven track record of their implementation.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leader with a strong track record in delivering large, complex construction projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and working within regulated environments.
• Management skills supervising Tier 1 contractors.
• Leadership capabilities to inspire teams and resolve issues.
• Technical knowledge of construction methodologies, CDM Regulations, and earned value management tools.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Degree and chartered status in engineering, construction, or related field (desirable).
• SMSTS and CSCS site manager card required.
