Job summary

Kier Group plc. is seeking a Construction Manager to join the Hogsmill team on a key water infrastructure project based in Hogsmill, Surrey. The role focuses on delivering safety-led construction management, coordinating resources, and ensuring quality standards on site.

You will work with the commercial team on cost control, forecasts, and value reviews while leading site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones and resilience improvements.

Qualifications

• You have demonstrable experience in construction project management within the water or utilities sector.
• You possess a safety qualification such as IOSH Managing Safely, plus CSCS/EUSR and SMSTS certifications.
• You have strong knowledge of construction management best practices, including MEICA assets and CDM regulations.
• You’re proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software, with the ability to monitor progress against programmes.
• You have excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimising resources including labour, plant, materials, and supply chain.

We're looking for a Construction Manager to join our Hogsmill team based in Hogsmill, Surrey., Location: Hogsmill, SurreyHours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a critical project aimed at improving the resilience and capacity of the Hogsmill Sewage Treatment Works. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in successfully delivering this essential infrastructure upgrade, enhancing storm tank capacity and supporting infrastructure improvements.

What will you be responsible for?
