Job summary

West Suffolk College is seeking a motivated and qualified Lecturer in Construction Management to develop and deliver our Construction and Construction Management courses at our Built Environment Campus.

The role focuses on planning, delivering and evaluating high-quality teaching and learning across Apprenticeships, full-time and part-time Further and Higher Education programmes, T Levels, and other short-course learning as required.

Qualifications

• Qualified to at least Level 6 in Construction Management.
• Experience in Further and Higher Education teaching desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality teaching across Apprenticeships, full-time and part-time FE and HE programmes, T Levels and short courses.
• Develop and maintain schemes of work, lesson plans, learning resources and assessments.
• Support learners to achieve qualifications through effective teaching, assessment and progress monitoring.
• Foster strong employer engagement and ensure workplace applicability of learning.
