Job summary

Capital Talent Box is seeking a Construction Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching from September 2026. The role is 23 hours per week, college-based, supporting learners across construction programmes and developing practical skills for industry success.

The successful candidate will plan lessons, assess learning and monitor progress while promoting employability behaviours and safe workshop practices. Starting September 2026.

About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Construction Lecturer to join our team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an industry professional or experienced lecturer to inspire and develop the next generation of construction professionals.

Hours: 23 hours per week
Location: College Based
Start Date: September 2026
